About Addison Scott
I started this agency in 2016 after working for IMG for 5 years as a talent coordinator. I saw a lot of the horrible misconduct taking place within the talent industry, particularly with new models and actresses, and refused to be a part of that system of exploitation. I left my huge salary and high-rise office, and took a huge risk to build what I thought could be a positive change and new standard for the modeling industry. 8 years later, and I can proudly say we’ve accomplished this goal, and continue to grow and better ourselves each and every day.
